I’m almost as excited about the upcoming movie soundtrack for “Where the Wild Things Are” as I am about the actually movie. It features Arcade Fire and Karen O. Check out the the trailer and sample music on their myspace page.

My renter recently moved to Kansas for a new job, so I’ve again begun the process of finding another great renter. Its currently posted on craigslist and the Mars Hill Community website: the City. Below is a short description with images. Email me if interested.
Rental is a completely separate living space located on the lower level of a newly remodeled home. Upper level is occupied by the owner (young married couple with a toddler). Unit is ready for move-in. Rent is $1,095 a month with a 12-month lease. Landlord pays for the water, sewer, and garbage. Electric and gas bill are every other month. The unit is approximately 900 sq. ft. Kitchen and living area share large space. Each bedroom is approx. 10′x 10′.
