BoxWave has been a supplier of device accessories for over a decade. Their site had gone through very few changes in that time and was in need of a redesign.

I collaborated with the owner on the new design starting with wireframes for layout, then applied a visual design to multiple mock ups. Lastly, I worked with the development team to get it into production.

This is a iPhone 5 accessory giveaway promotion landing page. I’ve highlighted the amount of prizes to be given away and the value of each prize so that the visitor would want to enter because their odds of winning seem very high.

The most important element is the email submit form, so the company can have another avenue to communicate with the visitor. I’ve put the most emphasis on it with a call to action and left a lot of breathing room around it.

I worked with the marketing team regarding content, finalized the design with upper management, and then coordinated with the developers to get it into production.

This is an instruction manual for the BoxWave Keyboard Buddy Case printed double-sided, in full color with three folds. I made the headers large and obvious to clearly define each section.

Printing costs had to be kept low and the design had be laid out in a way that printing it in-house was possible. So I designed it to a letter-sized (8.5x11) format and kept it to one color, excluding black and white.

These product web ads were for BoxWave’s variety of styluses and were displayed during the christmas season, so my idea was to show them off as packaged like a gift. I photographed the products first, designed the ads in Photoshop, and then sliced to Google’s ad specifications.

Icon Imagery website redesign project. Solely created from concept to completion. The original site was created by former employees with Adobe Flash to out-of-date web standards. The main project goal was to simplify the layout so that it highlights the work.

The BoxWave website was first developed over a decade ago. Many different pages, features and UI elements were created in that time that did not follow any kind of overall look resulting in a very confusing and unpleasant user experience.

My solution was creating a global theme with a library of UI components that could easily be shared for any designer or developer’s reference. Any part could be updated within the theme and then changed throughout the site.

Bouwer Construction is a general contractor that specializes in remodeling multi-unit residential buildings. The project scope consisted of first building an identity and logo, then print and web marketing materials such as business cards, letterheads, signage, banners, and a website. The client needed to separate themselves from the more common kind of contractor that builds homes, since they deal with large-scale building projects.
